Aayush Bokade is a Forensic Psychologist dedicated to applying psychological science in the service of justice, rehabilitation, and community well-being. He holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar, and is currently pursuing a PhD focused on culturally tailored screening for behavioral concerns in the Indian context.
His professional experience spans a wide range of vulnerable populations. He has worked with the Mumbai Police, providing victim assistance to women and children affected by sexual assault, abuse, dowry harassment, and domestic violence. At Rashtriya Raksha University, Aayush served as a Research Associate, delivering psychosocial services to inmates at Sabarmati Jail and contributing to correctional rehabilitation efforts. He has also offered affirmative and inclusive psychological support to LGBTQ+ individuals.
Grounded in fieldwork and driven by research, Aayush is committed to advancing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and ethically sound mental health practices within both institutional systems and community care.
